Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LTE5G Hub collects, why, and how it's handled — mainly relevant if you book a Mock Interview, since browsing the free educational content doesn't require any personal information.

1. Information We Collect

When you book a Mock Interview, we collect: your name, Gmail address, contact number, total years of experience, relevant 4G/5G testing experience, the type of mock interview and round you selected, your chosen slot, and — if you choose to provide it — your resume file.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details. Payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, under its own privacy and security practices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to confirm and schedule your Mock Interview slot, share your resume with the interviewer so they can prepare, send you booking confirmations and updates, and respond to any queries you send us.

3. Who We Share It With

We share booking details with the industry expert conducting your session, solely for the purpose of the session. Payment information is handled by Razorpay. Booking records and uploaded resumes are stored using Google's infrastructure (Google Sheets/Drive) under our account, which is access-restricted to us. If we enable advertising (e.g. Google AdSense), that ad network may also receive cookie/device data from your browser directly, as described in Section 5 below.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking records and resumes for as long as reasonably necessary for record-keeping, support, and legal/accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 6 below.

5. Cookies & Advertising

This site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies for the educational pages. If and when we enable advertising through Google AdSense or similar ad networks, those networks may place cookies or use similar technologies on your device to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your browsing activity.

On your first visit, you'll see a cookie banner where you can Accept or Decline non-essential cookies, including ad-personalization cookies. You can change your choice at any time — manage your cookie preferences.

If you're located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we only use cookies for ad personalization with your consent, in line with Google's EU User Consent Policy and the GDPR/ePrivacy Directive. You can also manage how Google itself uses information from sites and apps that use Google services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and adjust your ad personalization settings at adssettings.google.com or aboutads.info/choices.

Your browser's own theme preference (light/dark mode) is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to us or any third party.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@lte5ghub.com with the email address you used to book. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including restricting access to booking and resume data to authorised personnel only. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
