These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LTE5G Hub website (lte5ghub.com) and the services offered on it, including the free educational content and the paid Mock Interview booking service. By using this site or booking a Mock Interview, you agree to these Terms.

1. About LTE5G Hub

LTE5G Hub is an educational reference site covering 5G NR, LTE 4G, and 5G NTN, and separately offers a paid Mock Interview service for candidates preparing for 4G/5G testing roles. You can reach us at hello@lte5ghub.com.

2. Nature of the Mock Interview Service

The Mock Interview is a self-assessment tool, not a real job interview. It is not conducted on behalf of, or affiliated with, any employer. No offer of employment, certification, or guarantee of interview success results from booking or attending a session. Feedback given during a session reflects the individual interviewer's personal opinion only and does not represent the views of any hiring company.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to book a paid session. Information you provide during booking (name, contact details, experience, resume) must be accurate.

4. Booking & Payment

A Mock Interview session is 1 hour long, available in Saturday and Sunday slots as shown at the time of booking. The current fee is displayed on the booking page (₹199 at the time of writing) and is collected in advance via our payment processor, Razorpay. Your slot is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed.

We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — all payment processing is handled directly by Razorpay under its own terms and security standards.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to join your booked slot on time, provide accurate information, and use any resume or personal material you upload solely for the purpose of your own session. You agree not to record, redistribute, or use the session content for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All educational content, text, graphics, and calculators on this site are the property of LTE5G Hub unless otherwise noted, and are provided for personal, non-commercial learning use. 3GPP specification references are cited for educational purposes; always consult the official 3GPP specifications for normative detail.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Mock Interview and educational content are provided "as is" for self-assessment and learning purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including job offers, interview performance, or exam results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTE5G Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the Mock Interview service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
